Recall campaigns

Our recall campaigns aim to protect you before problems appear on your vehicle by identifying and dealing with any technical issues in your Renault dealership. 

Step 1

Enter your vehicle identification number (VIN) to check if your vehicle is included in a recall campaign.

Step 2

Make an appointment with your dealer who will replace the parts affected by the recall campaign, free of charge and as quickly as possible.

Step 3

Bring your car in to get it repaired. The dealer will take care of your vehicle as quickly as possible.

* VIN ("Vehicle Identification Number") is shown on your registration certificate or it can be found at the bottom of the windscreen It contains of 17 characters starting with MEE. ** First registration date is shown on your registration certificate/ certificate of registration. The data collected is processed by Renault SAS and the members of its approved network (together referred to as “Renault”), as joint data controllers, to respond to your request.In accordance with the applicable regulations, you can ask to obtain and verify the data that Renault holds on you, rectify inaccurate information, erase the data concerning you, and take a copy of your data to reuse it elsewhere. You can also object at any time to the use of some of your data, in particular for commercial prospecting or profiling purposes, and ask to freeze the use of your data or deletion of your data. Finally, you can define directives relating to the fate of your data in the event of death.
